Mom Mom and Pop planted trees in my honor at their place. One is a Dwarf Little Gem Magnolia and the other is a Jane Magnolia. They give off pretty white and pink flowers that smell wonderful! Thanks Mom Mom and Pop!

....and I'm two months old!

...........and still a good sleeper!!!! I'm sleeping all night long and my mommy and daddy L O V E it! I'm also a great eater. I weigh 11.6lbs and measure 22 1/4 inches. I'm in the 50% percentile for height and 75% for weight!!! :-)

My visitors!

My cousin Andre came to visit me not too long ago, and my other cousins Evan and Raley along with Gianna were over for a summer visit not too long ago! I love being held!

4 weeks old

Celebrating 4 weeks of life for Madelyn!! In the past 4 weeks we've gotten to know each other a little better and our new baby loves to sleep. In fact, she mostly sleeps. She wakes up to feed and that's about it! Benjamin is loving having a baby sister and has figured out how to help us by shaking her bottle for feeding time, giving her the pacifier even when she's asleep, and telling us "baby sad" when she cries. He also loves to give Madelyn kisses. Madelyn is 20 1/4" tall and weighs 9.2lbs as of her last doctor's visit.

I'm here!

My mom thought I'd wait until schedule to make my entrance, but June 15th seemed as good a day as any to arrive. I was introduced to my mom and dad at 6:53PM on Tuesday 6/15 and what an entrance I made! I arrived two weeks ahead of my due date and one week ahead of schedule....much to my parents' joyful surprise. I weighed 7.9 lbs, was 20" long and had (still have) a head full of crazy, wild, dark hair. I met my big brother Benjamin at the hospital on the day we came home with mommy, daddy, mom mom and pop. My big brother was more interested in running the halls than in saying HELLO, and I was more interested in sleeping -- it's so exhausting being me - sleeping and eating takes a lot of energy, gotta get my beauty sleep.....
